we use Standard shipping for all products in our store and it may take 4-7 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or high-demand periods.
Express shipping may take 2-4 business days. On the checkout page, you will see an option if You want to upgrade to Express shipping for an additional charge, “please note, that not all products are available for Express Shipping”

Standard shipping rates apply based on the destination and the weight of the package, averaging between $4 to $8.
Order Tracking: All orders come with tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Changes to orders or cancellations are only possible within an hour of order placement. Once the order enters the processing phase, changes may no longer be feasible.
Delivery Issues: YOUR ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR

If your order is showing “delivered” but you have not received the package, please allow 1-2 business days for the package to arrive. Oftentimes, an item is marked as delivered, but may not arrive for another day or 2.
Most postal carriers with USPS scan packages when delivering your package, so there is a GPS coordinates attached to the location of that scan. Please call your local USPS office and inquire about the GPS coordinates of your package scan so they can confirm that it was dropped off at your address. The post office can investigate a lost package. Keep us informed if this happens!
